Google Training for Drive/Docs, Groups, Sites

Faculty and staff may now sign up for in person Google training classes for Drive/Docs and Groups at: http://shr.ucsc.edu/training/course_listings/tech-training.html

Google Drive/Docs and Groups Training

These classes are free of charge and will cover the basic functions and features. Class size is limited and sign up is required. To sign up for a class, click HERE and login with your CruzID and Gold password. Once you login to the UCSC Learning Management System, click on the 'Register' button to see a listing of the course dates. Once you've selected the date you'd like to attend, click 'Submit'. 

Google Sites Training

Mark your calendar! Google Sites training is available to all faculty and staff on April 19 from 10AM to Noon at Merrill Cultural Center. No RSVP needed. This all-hands class will be taught by Kevin Brookhouser, certified Google trainer, and will cover how to build a Google Site and demonstrate the basic functions and features of Sites. If you'd like to participate in the demo and build your own site, bring your laptop or notebook device.
